Forvant / AI Training

AI is changing your industry. Do you know how to use it yet?

Most managers we work with know AI matters. They just haven't had anyone show them how it applies to their actual job. That's what we do.

What We Teach

Three engagements.
Each one changes how you work.

01

AI Fundamentals for Managers

You've heard about ChatGPT and Claude but haven't gone past the basics. We get you comfortable with AI tools in a few sessions, no technical background needed. By the end, you'll know what to use, when to use it, and what it can't do.

  • How ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot actually work (plain English)
  • Writing prompts that get useful answers, not generic ones
  • What AI is good at and where it falls apart
  • Live practice on your own real work tasks
  • When to trust the output and when to double-check
02

Workflow Integration

Knowing what Claude is doesn't help if you're not using it at your desk every day. We look at what you actually do at work, find the parts where AI saves you time, and set it up so it fits into how you already operate.

  • Audit of your daily and weekly tasks
  • Identifying which tasks AI can speed up or handle
  • Setting up Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT in your actual tools
  • Building templates and shortcuts for your common work
  • Follow-up check to make sure you're still using it
03

Tool Setup & Configuration

A lot of professionals we talk to have heard of AI coding assistants or writing tools but never got around to installing them. We handle the setup for you and walk you through it until you're comfortable on your own.

  • Installing and configuring Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT
  • Setting up AI assistants inside VSCode, Excel, or your email
  • Connecting AI to your company's internal documents
  • Security basics so you don't accidentally share sensitive data
  • Cheat sheet with your most useful prompts and workflows
"Most managers reading this are already two years behind."

The good news is it takes about two hours to catch up.

How We Work

Four steps.
One afternoon.

I.

We learn what you do all day

We start by understanding your actual job. What tools you use, what takes up your time, where you feel behind. This isn't a generic training. We need to know your workflow before we can improve it.

II.

We show you what AI can handle

We go through your tasks and point out the ones where AI saves you real time. Writing emails, summarizing reports, analyzing data. You'll see it working on your own work, not a demo.

III.

We set everything up for you

We install the tools, configure them for your setup, and build out the prompts and templates you'll actually use. You walk away with AI working inside your existing tools, ready to go.

IV.

We check in and adjust

A week later, we follow up. Are you using the tools? Are you stuck? We adjust your setup and answer questions. Most people need a nudge after the first session.

"I watched my dad go from dreading AI to using it every day in one weekend. That shouldn't be rare."

— Sohan Chakravorty, Co-Founder

Sohan's dad is a senior manager at a large financial firm. Smart guy, decades of experience, runs a big team. But when his company started pushing AI adoption, he had no idea where to begin. He'd heard of ChatGPT. He'd sat through a couple of corporate webinars. None of it stuck.

So one weekend, Sohan sat down with him and walked through it. How to use Claude for drafting memos. How to set up Copilot in his tools. How to get AI to summarize the 40-page reports he reads every week. Within a couple of hours, his dad was using these tools on his own. Not because the tools are complicated, but because nobody had shown him how they fit into his actual work.

That's when it clicked. Sohan's dad isn't unusual. There are millions of experienced managers who are good at their jobs but feel like the ground is shifting underneath them. They're reading headlines about AI replacing people, watching younger employees use tools they've never touched, and wondering if they're falling behind.

Forvant exists because we saw this up close with our own families. The people we work with are like our parents. We know the anxiety is real, and we know it doesn't take much to fix it.
